Accessibility

We want everyone to be able to use our apps and websites, including people who rely on assistive technology. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA, and to follow Apple’s accessibility guidelines in our iOS apps.

What we do

• Design with sufficient color contrast, readable type sizes and clear focus indicators.
• Use real buttons, links and labeled form fields so screen readers and keyboards work as expected.
• Support reduced-motion settings: animations switch off when your device asks for less motion.
• Build our iOS apps with standard system controls so VoiceOver and Dynamic Type work, and fix issues as we find them.

Known limitations

Some visuals — such as the phone illustrations on this site and maps in Road Travel — are decorative or have text alternatives, but may not convey every detail non-visually. We’re working to improve these.

We’ll reply within 5 business days and, where we can, provide the information or service you need another way in the meantime.
