Account & data deletion

You can delete your account and personal data from any Leo Apps Studio LLC product at any time. Here’s how, and exactly what happens. If anything is unclear, email leo.apps.studio@gmail.com.

Road Travel

In the iOS app

1. Open Road Travel and go to Settings.
2. Tap Export my data first if you’d like a copy.
3. Tap Delete account and confirm.

On the web, or without the app

Email leo.apps.studio@gmail.com from the address you sign in with, with the subject “Delete my Road Travel account”. We’ll confirm and complete it within 30 days.

What’s deleted

Your profile, saved trips, recorded drives, vehicles, preferences, survey answers, consent records, usage counters and attribution records are deleted immediately. Your sign-in record (your email address in our sign-in system) is removed separately, within 30 days.

What’s kept

• A minimal record that a free trial was used, so trials stay one per person and device.
• Purchase and tax records held by Apple, Stripe and RevenueCat, under their own policies and legal requirements.
• Backups, which age out on a rolling basis.

Cancel your subscription separately. Deleting your account doesn’t cancel Road Travel Pro. On iPhone: Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions. On the web: the billing portal in the web app, before you delete your account.

Leolens

• Remove a business any time from your Leolens dashboard.
• Delete your account: email leo.apps.studio@gmail.com (orhello@tryleolens.com) from the address you sign in with. Cancel your plan in the billing portal first. We’ll delete your profile, businesses, locations, declared facts, reports and sign-in record within 30 days, and confirm by email.
• What’s kept: billing and tax records for as long as the law requires, and AI assistants’ answers about businesses and markets, separated from your personal details, for aggregate benchmarks.

Find It hasn’t launched yet. Deletion instructions will appear here before it does.

If we emailed your business

Click the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any email, or reply with “unsubscribe”. We’ll stop immediately. To have your contact details deleted as well, email leo.apps.studio@gmail.com. We keep only your email address on a suppression list so we never contact you again.

Getting a copy of your data

Road Travel iOS users can export their data from Settings. For anything else, emailleo.apps.studio@gmail.com and we’ll send it in a portable format within 30 days.
