Common questions

I didn't get a reminder. Open Settings → Notifications → Sureday and make sure notifications are allowed. In Sureday, check Settings → Whose reminders on this iPhone, and that the medication isn't set to "as needed". Reminders are scheduled up to two days ahead; opening the app once refreshes them.

How do I log a dose without opening the app? Long-press the reminder and tap Took it, use the Sureday widget, ask Siri ("Log my meds in Sureday"), or tap an NFC tag set up in the Shortcuts app. See Settings → Widgets, Siri and NFC tags in the app.

How do I share with my family? Settings → Share with family → Invite someone. Your family member installs Sureday for free, taps the invitation link, and everyone sees the same doses. Both of you need to be signed in to iCloud.

I logged a dose by mistake. Tap the dose on Today, then Mark as not taken. You can also edit or delete any dose in History.

I subscribed on another device. On the subscription screen, tap Restore purchases. Members of your Apple Family Sharing group get your plan automatically.

Where is my data stored? On your iPhone, and in your own iCloud account if you use sharing. We never see it. See the Privacy Policy.
