Questions and answers
Pizza Harbor
About the game
What is Pizza Harbor?
You own a pizzeria in a small town. Each day there is a short lunch rush: orders pop up over the houses, you drag each one to one of your kitchens, and a scooter delivers it. The money buys branch kitchens, faster scooters, new recipes, staff and decor. The town is built up around your shop as the days go on.
Is it free?
Yes. The game is free to play and is paid for by adverts and by optional purchases.
Does it need an internet connection?
No. You can play without one. Adverts and purchases need a connection, so those are not available offline.
Which devices does it run on?
iPhone first. An Android version is planned.
How old do I have to be?
The game is for players aged 13 and over. It asks for a month and year of birth the first time it starts. If the answer shows a player is under 13, the game shows no adverts at all.
Playing
How do I send an order?
Drag the order from the house to your pizzeria or to one of your branch kitchens, and let go. A scooter takes it from there.
Can I pause a day, or leave it?
Yes. Tap the pause button in the bottom left corner. You can carry on, or go back to the shop. If you leave, nothing from that day is kept and nothing is taken away: the day is still there to play. The game also pauses by itself if you switch to another app.
A kitchen says FULL. What does that mean?
Each kitchen can hold three orders waiting for a scooter. When it is full it will not take another until one has gone out. Send the order to a different kitchen, or wait a moment.
What is a speciality kitchen?
From day 9 you can give each branch kitchen one kind of pizza it is known for: cheese, meat, garden or seafood. An order of that kind sent to that kitchen pays 25% more. Any kitchen can still make any pizza, so nothing is ever lost by sending an order somewhere else. Your first choice for a branch is free, and you can change it later for a fee. Seafood pizzas come with the Harbor Kitchen.
What are the three stars?
One for finishing the day, one for beating the day's goal, and one for losing no customers. You can play any day again from the Days screen to earn the stars you missed. Only your best result counts, so there is nothing to lose by trying.
Why does the pay go up when I send the same pizza several times in a row?
That is a combo. Each order of the same recipe sent in a row pays a little more than the last. Sending a different recipe starts the count again.
What are rainy days, market days, the evening rush and roadworks?
From day 9, some days change one rule. In the rain, scooters ride slower and tips are bigger. On a market day, neighbours order together in big groups. In the evening rush, most of the orders come late. With roadworks, one road is closed and some rides take longer. The game tells you before you open for the day.
What is the money waiting for me when I come back?
Your kitchens keep taking a little money while you are away, up to a limit that fills in about six hours. The more kitchens you own, the more it holds. You can collect it as it is, or choose to watch a video to double it.
There is a thief. What do I do?
Drag the thief to the police station instead of to a kitchen. The police pay a reward for each one caught.
Adverts and purchases
When do adverts appear?
Most adverts are optional: you choose to watch a video in return for something in the game, such as doubling the day's coins. From day 5, an advert may also appear on its own between finishing a day and returning to your shop. Adverts never appear during a rush.
Can I remove the adverts?
The one-off Remove Forced Ads purchase in the game's Store removes the adverts that appear on their own, for good. The optional reward videos stay, because watching them is always your choice.
I bought something and did not get it.
Open Settings > Restore purchases in the game. If that does not help, write to us with the date of the purchase and the order number from your Apple or Google receipt.
How do I get a refund?
Refunds are handled by the store you bought from. On iPhone, go to reportaproblem.apple.com. On Android, use your Google Play order history.
Your progress and your data
Where is my progress saved?
On your device, and on iPhone and iPad also in your own iCloud. There is no account to make and nothing to sign in to in the game: if the device is signed in to iCloud, your shop is saved there after every day.
I have a new phone. Will my shop still be there?
Yes, on a new iPhone or iPad signed in to the same Apple Account. Install the game and open it; your shop arrives by itself, usually within a few seconds. If you have already played on both devices and they differ, the game shows you both shops and asks which to keep. Progress does not move between iPhone and Android.
What information does the game collect?
You do not make an account and we never ask for your name, email or phone number. The advertising in the game collects some information from your device if you are 13 or over. The full details are in the Privacy Policy.
How do I delete my data?
Open Settings > Delete my data in the game and tap twice to confirm. This erases everything the game has stored on your device and starts a fresh shop. Deleting the game does the same.
How do I change whether adverts are personalised?
On iPhone: Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking. On Android: Settings > Privacy > Ads. Where the law requires it, the game also asks you directly.
Sound, vibration and reminders
I cannot hear anything.
The game follows your phone's silent switch. Check the switch on the side of the phone and the volume, then Settings > Sound effects in the game.
How do I turn off vibration or reminders?
Both have their own switch under Settings in the game. Reminders are off unless you turned them on: the game sends at most one, to say the till is full, and never at night.
