Pizza Harbor
Last updated: 12 October 2026
Who we are
Pizza Harbor is made by Leo Apps Studio LLC, trading as Leo Apps Studio ("we", "us"). You can reach us at patrick@leoappsstudio.com or at 823 Congress Ave, Ste 150, PMB 222, Austin, TX 78701, USA.
This policy covers the Pizza Harbor game on iPhone, iPad and Android.
The short version
- You do not make an account. We never ask for your name, email, phone number, contacts, photos or precise location.
- Your game progress is saved on your own device. On iPhone and iPad a copy is also kept in your own iCloud, so your shop follows you to a new device. We never receive it.
- The game shows ads. If you are 13 or older, our advertising partners collect some information from your device to choose and measure those ads. You are asked first where the law requires it, and you can say no.
- The game does not record how you play it. We have no analytics in it.
- If you tell us you are under 13, the game shows no ads at all and nothing is sent to advertising partners.
What the game keeps on your device
The game stores a save file on your device so that your shop is still there next time. It contains:
- your progress: coins, gems, the day you are on, what you have bought and unlocked;
- your settings: sound, vibration and reminders;
- the time you last had the game open, so it can work out what your shop took while you were away, and today's three goals;
- whether you told us you are 13 or older. We ask for your month and year of birth once and keep only the yes-or-no answer, never the date itself;
- an identifier for your device, supplied by the operating system, which the game uses to tell one of your devices from another.
We do not have a copy of this file, and we run no servers that could hold one.
Your iCloud (iPhone and iPad). If your device is signed in to iCloud, the game also keeps a copy of this save file in the storage Apple provides to the game inside your own iCloud account. It is there so that your shop is still yours when you change phones: a new iPhone or iPad signed in to the same Apple Account picks it up. The copy is held by Apple, under your account and Apple's privacy policy. We cannot read it, and it is not shared with anyone. If your device is not signed in to iCloud, the save file stays on the device and nowhere else.
You can erase the save file at any time, from the device and from your iCloud together, with Settings > Delete my data in the game. Deleting the game removes the copy on the device.
Reminders. If you say yes when the game offers, and then yes to your phone, the game can show you one reminder when your shop's till is full. The reminder is set and shown by your own phone. Nothing is sent to us or to anyone else to make it happen, and we cannot send you messages. You can switch it off in Settings > Reminders in the game, or in your phone's own settings.
Ads
Ads pay for this game. They are supplied through Google AdMob, Google's advertising service for apps.
If you are 13 or older, Google and the advertisers it works with may collect, directly from your device:
- your device's advertising identifier (on iPhone, only if you allow tracking when asked);
- your IP address, which also gives a rough idea of your country and city;
- technical details of your device: model, operating system, language, screen size, and the kind of network connection;
- what happens with the ads: which ad was shown, whether you watched or tapped it.
They use this to pick ads, to limit how often you see the same one, to measure whether ads work, and to detect fraud. Where you have agreed, they also use it to show you ads based on your interests ("personalised" ads). We receive reports about how many ads were shown and what they earned; we do not receive your advertising identifier or your IP address.

Your choices about ads
- On iPhone, the game asks whether apps may track you. If you choose "Ask App Not to Track", your advertising identifier is not shared. You can change this at any time in the iPhone's Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking.
- On Android, you can reset or delete your advertising ID in the device's Settings > Privacy > Ads.
- In Europe, the UK and other places where the law requires it, the game asks for your consent before any personalised advertising, and you can withdraw it later.
- Saying no does not remove ads. You will still see ads, but they will not be based on your interests.
Some ads are optional: you can choose to watch a video in return for a reward in the game. The Remove Forced Ads purchase removes the ads that appear on their own; the optional reward videos remain available.
Settings the game downloads
When the game starts it downloads one small file of settings from this website, so that we can adjust things like how often an ad appears, or what something costs in gems, without sending out an update. The file is the same for everyone. Nothing about you, your device or your game is sent to get it, and the game keeps nothing from it but the settings themselves. As with any request to a website, the company that hosts ours sees the internet address the request came from (see "This website" below).
Purchases
If you buy something in the game, the payment is handled entirely by Apple or Google. We never see your card details. We are told only that a purchase was made, so the game can give you what you bought.
Children
Pizza Harbor is intended for players aged 13 and over. When the game first starts it asks for a month and year of birth. If the answer shows a player is under 13:
- the game shows no advertising of any kind;
- the advertising software in the game is never started, so nothing is sent to advertising companies;
- progress is still saved on the device, and in the device's own iCloud account if it has one, as described above.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us personal information, write to us at patrick@leoappsstudio.com and we will deal with it.
What we do not do
- We do not sell your personal information for money.
- We do not build a profile of you ourselves.
- We do not use your information for anything other than running the game and showing and measuring ads as described here.
Under some US state laws, letting advertising companies use your advertising identifier for personalised ads counts as "sharing" or "selling" personal information. You can opt out of that with the choices listed under "Your choices about ads".
The legal grounds we rely on (Europe and the UK)
- Your consent, for personalised advertising and for reading the advertising identifier on your device. You can withdraw it at any time.
- Our legitimate interests, for showing non-personalised ads, measuring them and preventing fraud, which is how a free game is paid for.
- Our contract with you, for saving your progress and delivering purchases.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to see the personal information held about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to its use, to opt out of its sale or sharing, and to complain to your data protection authority.
- To erase everything the game holds on your device, use Settings > Delete my data.
- We do not hold a copy of your data on our own servers, so for information collected by advertising companies you will need to contact them using the links above. We will help if you write to us at patrick@leoappsstudio.com.
- We will not treat you differently for using any of these rights.
How long information is kept
Your save file stays on your device, and in your iCloud if your device uses it, until you delete it with Settings > Delete my data. Deleting the game removes the copy on the device. Advertising companies keep the information they collect for the periods set out in their own policies.
Where information goes
The advertising companies we work with operate internationally, so information they collect may be processed outside your country, including in the United States. They are responsible for protecting it under their own policies and the law that applies to them.
Changes to this policy
If the game starts handling information differently, we will update this page and change the date at the top. If the change is significant we will also say so in the game.
This website
These pages set no cookies and run no analytics or advertising of their own. Like any website, the company that hosts it keeps ordinary server logs (the address a request came from, the page asked for, and when), which we use only to keep the site working.
