Terms of Use
Pizza Harbor
Last updated: 6 October 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and Leo Apps Studio LLC, trading as Leo Apps Studio ("we", "us"), about the Pizza Harbor game ("the game"). By installing or playing the game you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not play.
1. Who can play
The game is intended for players aged 13 and over. If you are under 18, play only with the permission of a parent or guardian, who agrees to these terms for you. The game asks for a month and year of birth when it first starts; please answer truthfully.
2. What you are allowed to do
We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install the game on devices you own or control and to play it for your own enjoyment. The licence ends if you break these terms. Everything in the game, including its code, art, sounds, text and name, belongs to us or to those who license it to us, and you get no ownership of any of it.
3. What you must not do
- Copy, sell, rent or redistribute the game or any part of it.
- Modify, decompile or reverse engineer it, except where the law says you may.
- Use cheats, automation, modified versions or anything else that changes how the game works or gives an unfair result.
- Interfere with the advertising in the game, or generate advert views or taps artificially.
- Use the game for anything unlawful.
4. Coins, gems and other things in the game
The game has pretend money and items ("coins", "gems", recipes, staff, kitchens, decor and so on). They exist only inside the game. They have no value in real money, cannot be exchanged for real money, goods or services, and cannot be transferred to anyone else. What you receive is a licence to use them in the game, not ownership of them.
We may change what things cost, what they do and how they are earned, as part of keeping the game balanced and enjoyable.
5. Purchases
The game is free to play. If you choose to buy something in it, the payment is taken by Apple or Google under their own terms, not by us, and we never see your card details. Prices are shown before you buy.
All purchases are final and are not refundable by us, except where the law gives you a right to a refund. Refund requests are handled by the store you bought from: Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com, or Google Play through your order history.
If you have bought the removal of adverts that appear on their own, optional reward videos that you choose to watch remain available.
6. Adverts
The game shows adverts supplied by third parties. We do not choose the individual adverts and are not responsible for what they say or for the products they offer. How information is used for advertising is described in our Privacy Policy.
7. Your progress
Your progress is stored on your own device. If you delete the game, erase your data from its settings, lose or reset your device, or move to a new one, that progress may be lost and we will not be able to restore it. Bought items that the store records as yours can be restored from Settings > Restore purchases in the game.
8. Changes to the game
We may update, change, suspend or withdraw the game or any part of it at any time. We try to give notice of anything significant but cannot always do so. Some updates may be needed for the game to go on working.
9. No guarantees
The game is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we give no warranty that it will be uninterrupted, free of errors, or suited to a particular purpose. Nothing in these terms takes away rights that the law gives you as a consumer and that cannot be excluded.
10. Our liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for loss of data or progress, or for anything outside our reasonable control. Where we are liable, our total liability to you is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us for the game in the twelve months before the claim, or fifty US dollars. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
11. Ending this agreement
You can end it at any time by deleting the game. We may end or suspend your licence if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms. Sections that by their nature should continue (for example 4, 9, 10 and 13) continue after it ends.
12. If you got the game from Apple's App Store
These terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the game or its content, and has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for it. If the game fails to conform to any warranty that applies, you may tell Apple and Apple will refund the price you paid for it, if any; beyond that, to the extent the law allows, Apple has no other warranty obligation for the game. Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims about the game, including product liability, legal or regulatory claims, consumer protection claims, or claims that the game infringes someone's intellectual property. You confirm that you are not in a country under a US government embargo and are not on any US government list of prohibited or restricted parties. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you.
13. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to its rules on conflicts of law. If you are a consumer, you also keep any protection that the mandatory laws of the place where you live give you. Before starting any formal claim, please write to us so we can try to sort it out.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page, and if the change is significant we will say so in the game. Carrying on playing after a change means you accept the new terms.
