We are a small studio and we read every message.
Write to us
It helps a great deal if you tell us:
- what you were doing, and what happened instead of what you expected;
- your device (for example "iPad Air") and its software version;
- which game it was in;
- for a purchase problem, the date and the order number from your Apple receipt.
Please do not send passwords or card details. We never need them.

- Frequently asked questions
- Restore a purchase: Grown-ups > Plus > Restore purchases, in the app.
- Delete a child's progress: Grown-ups > Children, then reset or delete the profile. Deleting the app deletes everything. We hold no copy of it.
- Refunds: handled by Apple (reportaproblem.apple.com), not by us.
